Manpower Recruitment Solution

We aim to provide a Total Recruitment Solution to our clients and work to ensure a successful hiring of selected candidates.

From the start of recruitment to final deployment, the following services are rendered to pave the way for the smooth and successful recruitment process to take place.


  • Maintains computerized database in various disciplines (doctors, nurses, technicians, engineers, skilled and unskilled labourers, etc.)
  • Conduct Manpower Search and On-Site Recruitment, organize job fairs and advertise placements etc. and internet online postings for specific job vacancies.
  • Pre-select candidates by short-listing.
  • Administer trade tests (if required), conduct personal interviews for individual assessment.
  • Evaluate and verify credentials and documentary submissions such as Training & employment certification, transcript of records, police records etc.
  • To arrange booking of hotels for delegates, meet and assist them at the time of arrival and departure and provide means of transportation and to ensure a comfortable stay while in India and other countries.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with employer and/or his representative.
  • To Arrange and conduct medical and laboratory tests to determine health and fitness levels of candidates.
  • To arrange and conduct TRADE TESTS for certain categories at a Technical Institutes/Work Shops And/or Trade Test Centers. Psychological test will be provided as per Company requests.
  • Regularly send its clients various weekly reports to help them monitor the progress of the recruitment.
  • Facilitate visa or work permit issuance from host country through employer.
  • Coordinate with employer for post deployment arrangements such as accommodation, transport etc.
  • Provide assistance through Pre-Departure Orientation Seminars (PDOS).
  • Coordinate with principals for air line booking of selected workers.
  • Airport departure assistance for candidates.

1.      Employment visa

(a)   Original Passport(s) of applicant-Validity at least six months

(b)   Medical report (issued from GCC approved medical Centre)

(c)    Offer Letter/Contract paper from Employer

(d)    Foreign Employer’s registration in E Migrate

(e)     Power of Attorney/Demand Letter in favor of agency from Employer

(f)Original Degree (related to visa category)

(g)    Passport size color photographs of applicant

 

2.       Family Visit Visa

Following documents are required for visa processing

(a)    Original Passport(s) of applicant(s) –Validity at least six months

(b)   Valid Saudi Iqama(Resident Permit) copy of sponsor

(c)    Valid Passport copy of sponsor (front & back pages)

(d)   Copy of Marriage certificate(for wife’s visa)

(e)   Copy of birth certificate (for child’s visa)

(f)     Valid Iqama & Passport copy of spouse(for Father/Mother in law visa)

(g)    Latest Passport size color photographs, facing camera  (white background-Three Pieces)

3.       Government Visit Visa

  Following documents are required for visa processing

(a)    Original Passport of applicant (validity at least six months)

(b)   Visa Paper (issued from Saudi Arabia)

(c)    Copy of highest degree

(d)   Latest Passport size color photographs, facing camera  (white background-Three Pieces)

4.       Resident Visa

Following documents are required for visa processing

(a)    Original Passport(s) of applicant(s) –Validity at least six months

(b)   Valid Saudi Iqama(Resident Permit) copy of sponsor

(c)    Valid Passport copy of sponsor (front & back pages)

(d)   Latest Passport size color photographs, facing camera  (white background-Three Pieces for visa and Six photographs for medical)

(e)   Medical examination report issued from GCC approved medical centers (Above 12 years in age)

(f)     Polio Vaccination certificate issued from GCC approved medical centers (Below 12 years in age)

(g)    Marriage Certificate

(h)   Birth Certificate of child

Attestation Services

1.       Degree

(a)       Original Degree (authenticated by state HRD department)

(b)     Copy of final year marks sheet

(c)     Original offer letter from Employer(attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce and date of issue is not more than six months)

(d)     Passport copy

(e)     Visa paper

(f)      Demand draft in favor of University (for verification)

(g)     Two affidavit-duly signed by notary & candidate (specimen available)

(h)     Color copy of Saudi Iqama (if working in Saudi Arabia)

(i)       Request letter from Saudi Employer address to Saudi Cultural Attaché, New Delhi(Mention name, Passport and Iqama number with Saudi Chamber of Commerce attestation)

 

2.       Marriage & Birth certificate

 

(a)      Original Marriage/Birth certificate

(b)   Passport copy of husband & wife

 

3.       Medical certificate

(a)     Original medical certificate (should be signed and stamped by two doctors of hospital)

(b)   Complete Passport copy

(c)    Exit & reentry visa copy

 

Service Charges 

  As per Ministry of External Affairs’ Guidelines which is not more than Rs. 20,000/- Plus

  Service Tax @ 15%
